Caleido @ CERSAIE2023
Bologna Fiere.
Hall 22, Stand A58
International Exhibition of Ceramic Tile and Bathroom Furnishings
From 25 to 29 September 2023, the international appointment was staged dedicated to the world of ceramic tiles and bathroom furnishings, to which Caleido brought an inspirational story stretching over 30 years in the world of decorative radiator and heated towel rail design and manufacture.
Turning 30 means being able to count on all the research, innovation and concept which have, step by step, made Caleido one of the 100% Made in Italy benchmarks for the industry.
Making its debut on this occasion was the Pavone Light radiator, the upshot of the meticulous study of profiles and details, which has given life to a new pattern of voids and solids amid the elegant horizontal bars that go to make up its structure, opening its side to recount a new lightness to the senses.
At the same time, Caleido's incessant aesthetic research, made up of encounters, suggestions and points of view, has brought to light five new colours that have energetically transfigured the lines of the company's Signature models, now also available in electric blue, turquoise, coral, rust and ochre.
This new aesthetic interpretation has given fresh energy to the concave and soft forms of Parenthesis by Marco Piva and has enriched the design lexicon of Raysun, together with the absolute purity of Traccia, both designed by Jean-Michel Wilmotte. Benefitting from this has been the dialogue with the light and warmth of Brasilia and Brasilia Wide, designed by Massimo Iosa Ghini and the artistic vision of Ottolungo, which, together with 100/1000 Righe and Pentagramma, bears the signature of Gabriele & Oscar Buratti.
The design inspiration of the new colours has also been extended to the iconic models created by Caleido Lab, the company's in-house research centre, which designed the unmistakable lines of the best-selling towel warmers Dinamo and Cesar and of the Colibrì, Cardellino, Cigno, Italo, Regolo, Condor and Tower radiators.
Thus Caleido's New Heritage expresses itself as a point of encounter for the strength of the company's know-how and the impetus towards the future of an unmistakable range of bold and refined colours, in an ideal synthesis of good looks and comfort.
But Caleido Lab's research has gone even further, working on materials and applying carbon steel, a 100% EOL recyclable product, with focus on the concept of sustainability.
This experimental tension has given rise to the new Dinamo Steel, powder-coated in the 49 different colours of the Caleido range and flanked by Dinamo Brass, available in satin silver, brushed gold, titanium grey and chrome.
